TRAILER VS. CAR INJURES ONE

Shortly after 12:00
hours QV dispatched the Central Village Fire Company to a vehicle
accident with injuries in the area of 60 E. Main Street. First
arriving Assistant Chief Irons (C-297) reported only one (1) minor
injury, and that the two (2) vehicle accident involved a tractor
trailer unit vs. car. ET-197 responded on the run with four
(4) members. Personnel from
ET-197 controlled
hazards associated with the vehicles while the Moosup Ambulance
rendered medical care. Central Village units operated for 30
minutes before re-opening the roadway and returning to service.
