CVFD HOSTS CHILD IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM

Today members of the fire
company partnered with the local Masons' Lodge to sponsor a
comprehensive child identification program at the station.
CTCHIP is a free service offered
by the Connecticut Freemasons Foundation to any parent or guardian who
wishes to have their child participate. This program offers an
additional measure of protection against the increasing problem of missing
or abducted children. Fire company members and Masons worked
together to generate ID packages for over 100 local children. We
would like to take a moment to thank all of the parents and guardians
who took the time to participate in this very worthwhile cause.
